LOCTITE EA E-102 is a two-component epoxy adhesive designed for structural bonding applications where strength and durability are required. It consists of an epoxy resin and a hardener that are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume. Once mixed, the system reacts to form a rigid, high-strength bond suitable for demanding industrial assemblies.
This adhesive offers a long open working time, allowing users to position and adjust parts comfortably before setting begins. The material starts to gel after approximately 80 to 120 minutes and reaches handling strength in about 5.5 hours at room temperature. After full cure, the adhesive forms a tough structure and acts as an electrical insulator.
