TEROSON MS 930 is a one-component industrial sealant designed for professional assembly and sealing applications. It is based on silane-modified polymer technology and cures by reacting with ambient humidity. After curing, it forms a soft, elastic seal that supports long-term durability in demanding environments.

This sealant is supplied in a pasty, thixotropic form, making it easy to apply on vertical and horizontal joints without sagging. TEROSON MS 930 is solvent-free and does not contain isocyanates, silicones, or PVC, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial uses. It shows reliable adhesion to many substrates and works well with compatible paint systems.

This gun-grade sealant has a pasty, thixotropic consistency, ensuring no sagging even in vertical applications (DIN profile 15 mm). It is available in white, grey, and black colors and has a characteristic odor. Because of its moisture curing mechanism, skin formation time and cure rate depend on temperature, relative humidity, and joint depth. Under ISO 291 standard climate conditions (23°C, 50% relative humidity), skin formation occurs in approximately 10 to 40 minutes, and curing progresses at about 4 mm per 24 hours. Higher temperature and higher moisture accelerate curing, while lower temperature and low humidity slow the process.

With a density of approximately 1.5 g/cm³, TEROSON MS 930 delivers Shore A hardness of around 30 (ISO 868), tensile strength of approximately 0.9 MPa (ISO 37), elongation at break of about 250% (ISO 37, 200 mm/min), and stress at 100% elongation of 0.6 MPa. Volume change according to DIN 52451 remains below 2%, supporting dimensional stability in sealed joints.

The sealant demonstrates strong UV resistance, showing no significant changes after exposure to Osram Vitalux 300W dry UV testing (6 weeks, 25 cm distance) and QUV weatherometer testing according to DIN 53384-A (6 weeks). It also withstands damp heat durability testing under 85°C and 85% relative humidity for 1,000 hours in accordance with IEC 61215 / 61646 clause 10.13.

Application temperature range is 5°C to 40°C. In-service temperature performance ranges from -50°C to +80°C, with short-term exposure up to 120°C for one hour.
